The Blue-throated Motmot (Aspatha gularis) is a species of bird in the Momotidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Aspatha.citation needed It is found in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Mexico. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
