This is a list of foreign players who have played international football for the English national football team.
The following players:
- have played at least one game for the full England international team or the under-21 international team.
- were born outside England but qualified through the FIFA grand parent rules.
- This list includes players who have dual citizenship with the UK and/or have become naturalised British citizens.
- Note, for the purposes of international football the football world governing body, FIFA, considers Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland to be distinct and individual countries.12 Also included are players who were born in the Crown dependencies, despite having county status within the Football Association. Players are listed by birthplace and are full England internationals unless noted otherwise.
