History
The business was founded by Peter Levy in 1986. It was first listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1987. In 2007 it converted to REIT status.2
Operations
The Group is organised as one business - property investment and development. At 30 September 2012 its portfolio was valued at £1.8bn.1
