<p>Brief Job Description</p>
<p>This is a dynamic and challenging position which focuses on planning and standardization of diverse cell-based /non cell-based assays involving a wide range of readout types. It is critical to ensure that process planning and flow are streamlined to successfully meet assay standardization timelines in terms of consistency and reproducibility, as deliverables to multiple divisions across the company.</p>
<p>More specifically the work includes: Ability to translate a study plan/protocol into reliable, reproducible measurements through a variety of techniques (ELISA, <span class="caps">PCR</span>, SDS-PAGE, Immunoblots, and Flow Cytometry).</p>
<p>Ability to troubleshoot assays, maintain records and perform statistical data analysis</p>
<p>Work Experience:</p>
<p>Worked in an academic setting or in industry with primary cells/cell lines/cocultures/tissue sections and is conversant with cell-based and other assays</p>
<p><strong>Educational Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>M.Sc/ M.Tech in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Cell Biology/Related discipline with 3 years (or higher) relevant experience</p>
